1. Introduction
This site is owned by the company ZEST WEG GROUP (‘we“, “us“, “our” or “WEG“).
By using the Site, the User declares to have read and agreed to the rules described in this document, becoming entitled to access the services that the site provides. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, you will not be allowed access to the restricted areas of the Site.
ZEST WEG GROUP reserves the right to update or modify this Terms of Use. The most recent version eliminates all previous ones, in this way, the user is responsible for checking the Terms whenever they access the Site.

2. Exchange & Return Policy
- Zest WEG offers a six (6) month return policy from date of delivery.
- No goods will be accepted for return or exchange during the months of December and January in order to facilitate year end forecast and close outs.
Goods will be accepted for return in the new year provided that they fall within the six (6) month return period. - Serial numbers of goods returned must be the same as those on the original order number against which the goods are being returned.
- Goods returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Goods will be inspected by the appointed Representative of Zest WEG to ensure the above requirements are all met.
3. Data Protection And Privacy
By collecting information, we aim to provide our users with a high-quality service and an efficient and personalised experience while using the site.

While WEG makes every effort to keep the site up and running for twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week, there may be times when it is unavailable for different reasons, including virtue of performing routine maintenance. In such situations, access may be interrupted, suspended or terminated by WEG in its sole discretion.
8. Purchase of Products
By opting for the purchase through the ZEST WEG GROUP website, the user will be obliged to comply with the signed terms, being obliged to comply with the signed terms, being obliged to respect the terms of payment and/or termination and/or repentance, according to the law, as well as tacitly agreeing with the respective Terms of Use of the company’s website.

The contributions of the user shall not contain a violation of the copyright or personality of third parties, nor should they indicate abusive, offensive conduct, contrary to good customs, law and public order.
